Patent litigation tips offered at MIPLA lunch Nov. 7

The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host a lunch meeting on Thursday, November 7, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Andiamo’s, 6676 Telegraph Rd. in Bloomfield Township.

Christopher Darrow of Darrow Mustafa PC will provide a presentation on “Making the Eastern District of Michigan a Desired Location and Best Practices for Patent Litigation and Best Practices for Litigating IP Cases in the Eastern District of Michigan.” Darrow has served as a special master, technical advisor, discovery master, and mediator to federal judges in over 75 cases. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the U.S. District Court Judge Paul D. Borman, Eastern District of Michigan.
