Sports IP licensing, crisis management for sports and entertainment legal teams and representation of social influencers are among the topics to be presented at “Bright Lights, Big Opportunities: Best Bets in IP, Sports and Entertainment Law” conference Nov. 14-16 in Las Vegas.
The meeting, sponsored by American Bar Association Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries and the Intellectual Property Law Section, will spotlight legal insights for emerging technologies and new business focusing on sports, intellectual property and entertainment law.
Kerry Bubolz, president and CEO of the Vegas Golden Knights, will be the luncheon keynote speaker on Thursday, Nov. 14. In his role, Bubolz oversees all business aspects of the National Hockey League franchise. Before joining the Golden Knights, he spent 13 years with the National Basketball Association’s Cleveland Cavaliers.
