New Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees gets officially sworn in

On Wednesday, November 20, Oakland County 48th District Court Judge Diane D’Agostini performed the official swearing-in of representatives elected to serve on the Bloomfield Township Board of Trustees. The Township Hall Ceremony aired live via local Comcast, WOW, AT&T’s Uverse and streamed via Video on Demand.

In brief remarks before the ceremony, D’Agostini shared, “It is an honor and a privilege to serve this community.” She added, “This work is challenging, with times filled with joy and times filled with hardship. Let us always respect the extreme privilege and trust that residents have put in our decision making.”

The first meeting of the New Board of Trustees took place on Monday, November 25, and is available to watch via YouTube. The highlight of the meeting was Township Clerk Martin Brook seeking a proclamation to recognize the hard work of local election workers in this year’s election cycle. His presentation included the debut of a behind-the-scenes look at the work of 2024 Election Workers, produced by Bloomfield Community TV.

The newly-elected Board of Trustees includes:
