‘Navigating Leadership’ webinar series explores key skills for court leaders

Deputy District Administrator Sonya Kruger from the Fifth Judicial District in Minnesota shared these insights and other expertise during National Center for State Court’s eight-part Navigating Leadership series, now available on demand.The series explores key leadership principles that help court professionals grow and prepare for future challenges.

The sessions explore leadership competencies that strengthen teamwork and foster productive leader-staff relationships.

Webinar topics include: Engaging and Empowering Your Staff; a Productive Pair; Courageous Conversations; Effective Leadership Teams;  How to Get and Give Good Feedback; What Does Leadership Mean to You?; Transitioning to a New Leadership Role; and Developing a Leadership Culture.
