The Oakland County Bar Association will host its “Inns of Court Annual Year-End Celebration” on Wednesday, May 14, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Belle’s Lounge by Valentine Distilling Co., 161 Vester Ave. in Ferndale.
The OCBA Inn chapter will meet to celebrate the conclusion of another successful season. Attendees will enjoy a strolling reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar while networking with members of all of the teams as well as interested and former members. This event is open to anyone.
At the Inns of Court monthly meetings, members are able to build and strengthen professional relationships, discuss fundamental concerns about professionalism and the pressing legal issues of the day, share experiences and advice, exhort the utmost passion and dedication for the law, provide mentoring opportunities, and advance the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and civility.
Cost for the celebration is $70 for judges, emeritus, masters, barristers, alumni, guests; $50 for associates and law students not on Inns team. Law students participating on Inns team may attend for free.
