The Rochester Bar Association conducted its last meeting of the 2009-2010 year Tuesday, June 22, at the Rochester Mills Brewery in Rochester Hills. Speaking at the program was U.S. District Court Judge Arthur J. Tarnow (right), Eastern District of Michigan. Welcoming the judge to the lunch meeting was out-going Rochester Bar President Christopher E. McNeely of Mittelstaedt and McNeely PC.
