The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” continued on Thursday, Jan. 13, on the topic of Circuit Court at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
“We will be covering civil matters and criminal matters,” noted Garin. “In civil matters we’re covering e-filings, motion practice, pre-trial, and trial procedure. In criminal matters we cover court clerk procedural matters, pre-trial, trial sentence appeals, and court appointment procedures.”
