The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan hosted a breakfast roundtable addressing “A Lawyer’s Role in Financing” on Thursday, Jan. 19, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.

“Today’s program is centered around talking about how things have changed in the world of commercial financing since 2008; what lending is available today and how you can get it closed for your client,” said Ortega who is the co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate Ownership and Development Committee of the State Bar.
