The Real Estate Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association presented “Practical Pointers to Manage Foreclosures” on Thursday, May 10, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Heading up the program were (left to right) moderator Marc P. Jerabek with Plunkett Cooney PC, along with speakers Jonathan Engman of Fabrizio & Brook PC, Elizabeth Messing of Orlans Associates PC, and Craig Aronoff of Aronoff & Linnell PLLC.
Program participants heard multiple perspectives on foreclosure, eviction, short sales, loss mitigation, recent case law, and revisions to Michigan’s foreclosure-by-advertisement statute.
