Family Court introduced

 The Oakland County Bar Association New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” continued with a look at the topic of “Family Court” on Thursday, Jan. 24, at the Oakland County Bar Center.

Among those leading the seminar were (seated, left to right) Oakland County Friend of the Court Referee Sahera Housey and Bloomfield Hills attorney Caroline Garmo; along with (standing, left to right) Kristen Robinson of Mellin Robinson PC; Gerald Cavellier and Lisa Stern with Hertz Schram PC; and Irika Mellin of Mellin Robinson PC.  

The program explored “Initial Consultations,” “Child-related Issues,” “Friend of the Court Referee,” “Property and Economic Issues,” and “Divorce Resolution and Judgments.”
