Firms sought to join in on 'Legal Dress Down Day' to benefit Cancer Society
Collins, Einhorn, Farrell, and Foster, Swift, Collins, & Smith are seeking other Oakland County law firms to join them in a "Legal Dress Down Day" on Friday, May 24, to benefit the American Cancer Society (ACS).
This is the fifth consecutive year the Michigan-based firms have partnered to raise money for ACS.
"We may be competitors in the courtroom, but the legal community has always been a tight group," said Laurie Hagen, a paralegal at the firm who with Tammie Dejaeghere has been among the organizers of previous charitable initiatives. "Garnering additional assistance from the other legal practices in Oakland County will only increase the impact we can make to help the American Cancer Society."
Participants will be asked to make a donation in exchange for the right to dress casually at the office. Lapel ribbons and posters announcing the event will be supplied to all participating firms. To have your firm join the fight against cancer, contact Laurie Hagen at Collins Einhorn at 248-355-4141.
