Several Michigan judges who serve on the new Business Courts recently attended the Annual Meeting and Conference of the American College of Business Court Judges at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Among the Mich. judges attending the conference were (left to right) Bay County Circuit Court Judge Bill Caprathe, Ingham County Circuit Court Judge Joyce Draganchuk, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Wendy Potts, Macomb County Circuit Court Judge John Foster, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge James Alexander, and St. Clair County Circuit Court Judge Daniel Kelly.
The conference allowed the judges to interact with other Business Court judges from around the country. It also provided several seminars on issues which face the courts.
