New lawyers learn 'Procedures in Circuit Court'

 The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, conducted its New Lawyers Seminar on Dec. 3-4, at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.  

The luncheon program was held at the Doubletree Fort Shelby Hotel on Wednesday, Dec. 4, and featured guest speaker Wayne County Circuit Court Civil Division Chief Judge Virgil Smith (seventh from left) discussing “Procedures in Circuit Court.”  

Among those attending were (left to right) Melanie Fradette, Michael Kiel, Jonathan Marlin,  U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Paul Komives, U.S. District Court Judge Arthur Tarnow, Christine Dowhan-Bailey, Cathrine Wenger, Travis Copenhaver, Erin Stafford, Adam Decker, Albert Dib, Jason Bulbuk, and Brendan Frey.
