The Probate, Estate, & Trust Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association presented “Avoiding Title Waves—How to Recognize, Analyze, and Resolve Common Title Issues Prior to Closing” on Tuesday, March 4, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.

“Today we’re going to talk about how to recognize and analyze title issues on commitments of title insurance so that attorneys, when they’re practicing, will be able to have a comfort level when they’re dealing with title agencies to resolve both easy and complex title matters,” Shepard said.
