The Association of Legal Administrators, Metropolitan Detroit Chapter, conducted its March member meeting and board election on Wednesday, March 26, at Andiamo in Bloomfield Township.
Guest speaker Jeff Lanza (center), retired FBI agent, discussed “Leadership Communication: Develop, Deliver, Connect.” He examined how to communicate with large and small groups.
“This session includes information on establishing trust and credibility—how to make sure that communications are heard and how to make sure that you’re getting communication right from other people as well,” Lanza said.
