Seminar to look at 'Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures'

The National Business Institute will offer the seminar “BOOT CAMP: Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures” on Wednesday, November 4, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel Detroit-Southfield, 28100 Franklin Road in Southfield.

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive procedural orientation to the foreclosure process and alternatives to foreclosure. The faculty will identify all of the options available for loan defaults and guide attendees through their mechanics – from forbearance agreements and loan modifications to short sales and the foreclosure process itself. Attendees will receive a reference manual filled with in-depth,
detailed information on each of the options discussed. Speaking at the seminar will be Stuart A. Best and Michael I. Rich of Weltman, Weinberg, & Reis Co. LPA.

This practical, basic-to-intermediate level course is designed for attorneys, real estate professionals, title insurance professionals, lenders, and paralegals.
