Lakeshore Bar program to examine divorce in Michigan

The Lakeshore Bar Association will host a program on practical matters involved in handling a divorce in Michigan. The presentation will be especially helpful for lawyers that handle few divorces or are just starting their practice. The presenters will discuss issues which need to be addressed before agreeing to take on a divorce matter. Presenters John Parnell Jr. and Christopher Nesi will help lawyers navigate the minefield of divorce law.

The program will be held on Wednesday, November 18, at City Kitchen restaurant located at 16840 Kercheval in Grosse Pointe. Doors open at 6 p.m. The presentation begins at 6:15 p.m. followed by questions and discussion.

Food and beverages will be served.  Two beverages are free, attendees pay for additional drinks.  The event is free for members of the Lakeshore Bar Association with a $10 charge for non-members.
