On Wednesday, Dec. 23, the staff of Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Leo Bowman presented hats and gloves they collected for CARE House to Pat Rosen (second from left), executive director of CARE House, in Bowman’s courtroom in Pontiac.  Happy to present the items were staff members (left to right) Christol Loyd, Derrick Bridges, and Victoria King.  “It is a blessing to give rather than receive and we hope that the children would enjoy these warm treats during the winter season,” Loyd said.  CARE House of Oakland County seeks to be a leading resource in the prevention of child abuse and neglect, and the protection of children through advocacy, education, intervention, research, training and treatment, in collaboration with the community. ?For additional information, visit www.carehouse.org.
