The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” continued on Thursday, January 28, at the Oakland County?Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Providing insight into the topic of “Probate Court” were (left to right) Oakland County Probate Register Jill Koney Daly and Michael J. Hughes of Munger & Associates PLLC in Clarkston. The program offered “basic summary of the ins and outs of the Probate Court,” Hughes said. Among the topics discussed were guardianships and conservatorships, decedent estates, court appointed attorney and GAL process, and practice pointers.
