The eFiling application for the Oakland County Circuit Court will be moving to a new version effective Monday, May 1. Today at 4:30 p.m. the current Oakland County eFiling site will no longer allow filings.
The new eFiling site will be https://michigan.tylerhost.net. This site is now active to register users, firms, accounts, and service contacts only. Users will not be able to eFile on this new site until Monday, May 1. The new application requires an administrator to create each firm. That administrator is responsible for inviting attorneys and staff to join. Self-represented filers can also register at this time. Instructions are available on the site listed above.
Oakland County has been eFiling for 10 years and has a large volume of cases within its current eFiling program. Service contact information will not be migrated to the new system and will need to be updated as soon as possible. It is imperative that users recreate service contacts for any and all cases they are associated with.
Training on the new version will be available, on an ongoing basis, at the courthouse. For specific dates, times and locations, visit the Oakland County eFiling home page at www.oakgov.com/clerkrod/Pages/efiling.
