Attorney turned comedian presented by Lakeshore Bar Association Oct. 26

The Lakeshore Bar Association will present attorney turned comedian Rob Jenkins for an evening of humor and fun on Thursday, Oct. 26.

Jenkins uses his unique point of view, quick wit, and disarming delivery to tell why he’s right. Audiences might disagree, but they’ll laugh anyway.

A Detroit native, Jenkins has performed at many comedy festivals and was a 2016 participant in the Best of the Midwest Comedy Competition. He has appeared on the Fox Stand-Up Comedy Show “Laughs” and in Dave Landau’s Detroit-based comedy “The King.” He has also opened for many well known comedy acts. In 2015, Jenkins released his first comedy CD “Achievement Unlocked.”

The Oct. 26 program will take place at City Kitchen restaurant located at 16844 Kercheval in Grosse Pointe. It begins with food and beverages at 5:30 p.m. The comedy show begins around  6:15 p.m.

The program is free for Lakeshore Bar Association members. The charge for non members is $20 which may be applied toward a Lakeshore Bar Association membership.
