A panel discussion and basketball tournament titled “The Law & Lay-up” was presented Friday, Oct. 26, by the Solomon’s Temple Youth Department in Detroit. With the help of judges, attorneys, police officers, and other legal professionals, the program sought to deter young people from making poor decisions.
