The D. Augustus Straker Bar Association will host its 26th Annual Trailblazers Award and Scholarship Dinner, on Thursday June 6, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (5 p.m. cocktail hour, 6 p.m. dinner program). The event will take place at The Community House, 380 South Bates St. in Birmingham.
The 2019 honorees are Gregory Conyers, director of diversity at the State Bar of Michigan; Ronda Tate Truvillion, equity shareholder at Lewis & Munday; and Michelle Crockett, hiring chair, diversity & professional development principal at Miller Canfield.
The cocktail hour will feature music by Jazz Saxophonist Daryl Bebee. Complimentary valet parking will be available for registered guests.
