The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is hosting a workshop for government attorneys on Rule 4.2 of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct.
“Communicating with a Person Represented by Counsel” will be presented Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Detroit Room at the Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.
