Online program to look at 'Recent Developments in IP Case Law'

The  Intellectual Property Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present an online program on “Recent Developments in IP Case Law” on Thursday, August 13, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

The Supreme Court decided an unusually large number of trademark and copyright cases in its most recent term and there’s much going on with patents as well. Attendees can join this lunch-hour update for the most recent major developments in IP litigation.
