The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM) along with the Macomb County Bar Association will present the webinar “What Every Attorney Needs to Know About Arraignments” on Tuesday, November 10, from 11 a.m. to noon via Zoom.
The guest speaker will be Macomb County Public Defender Thomas J. Tomko. This webinar will include district court, circuit court, and circuit court extraditions, and new district court discovery rules. A representative from Community Corrections and a Macomb County judge will also provide their insights.
