The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) will conclude its winter webinar series on "Mastering the Craft: Winning Methods in the Dying Art of Trial Advocacy." Part 3 will take place Friday, December 4, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom and will be moderated by Frederick Livingston of Novara, Tesija, & Catenacci. Topics include:
• Revisiting Conventional Wisdom About Trial Practice-Daniel Quick, of Dickinson Wright PLLC, will draw on his vast and recent experience to reveal novel approaches to winning at trial and will test common notions of how such success is achieved.
• Successful Jury Selection: What Every Lawyer Needs To Do and Must Avoid-James P. Feeney, of Dykema Gossett PLLC, will relate a lifetime of lessons in the esoteric art of picking a winning jury.
The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.
