The Real Property Law Section (RPLS) of the State Bar of Michigan will present the webinar "Homeward Bound: Recent Legislation and Hot Topics on the Horizon" on Thursday, January 28, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
During this virtual seminar, RPLS Legislative Committee Chair Tom Kabel will lead a discussion of new legislation affecting real property that has been passed into law during the last year. Attendees will also hear from the section's lobbyist, Tabitha Zimny, who will discuss some of the recent executive orders relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Zimny will also provide an update on bills that are currently pending in the state legislature.
