Associations to discuss 'Bankruptcy Impacts of the Consolidated Appropriations Act'

The Bankruptcy Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association will present a joint presentation titled “Bankruptcy Impacts of the Consolidated Appropriations Act a Year After the CARES Act,” via Zoom on Friday, March 5, from noon to 1:30 p.m.

This Zoom webinar will feature a panel discussion of the consumer and non-consumer impacts of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020 and the sunset provisions of the CARES Act. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Mark A. Randon,  Eastern District of Michigan, will be the program moderator. Panelists will include Kimberly Bedigian of Stevenson & Bullock PLC; Krispen Carroll, Chapter 13 trustee; Kimberly Clayson of Maxwell Dunn Law; and Marcy Ford of Trott Law PC.
