Oakland County Children's Village employee charged in connection with alleged videotaping of minors

The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Mark Stephen Brasmer, 38, of Rochester Hills in response to a witness complaint alleging the defendant’s unwanted videotaping of young women at a supermarket in Rochester Hills.

On April 9, Rochester Hills Police were dispatched to the Meijer supermarket located at 3175 S. Rochester Road. The defendant is currently suspended from his employment at the Oakland County Children’s Village, which has been advised of Brasmer’s alleged actions in connection with this case.

Oakland County Prosecuting Attorney Karen D. McDonald stated, “The types of crimes alleged in this case are especially important to me. Protecting Oakland County’s kids will always be my top priority as Prosecutor, particularly kids in Children’s Village.”
