Panelists provide 'Employment Law Year in Review' online, June 7

The Employment Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association will present the webinar "Employment Law Year in Review: Navigating the Unstill Waters of Employment Law" on Tuesday, June 7, from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. via Zoom.

The panel of experts will highlight significant developments in labor and employment law from the past year and provide insight into upcoming trends. This year's event will examine issues impacting employment law as we emerge from the COVID pandemic. Topics of discussion will include:

  • Hiring, firing, and addressing labor shortages
  • Keeping up with Michigan's changing COVID-19 laws and policies, including vaccine mandates
  • Privacy v. productivity concerns for the at-home workforce

Speaking on the panel will be Linda M. Reyna, vice president of Human Resources, Dickinson Wright PLC; Marla A. Linderman Richelew, Linderman Law PLLC; and moderator Monica N. Hunt, The Allen Law Group.
