aThe Commercial and Complex Litigation Committees of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present a “Multidistrict Litigation Seminar” as an online program Wednesday, April 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
U.S. District Court Judges David M. Lawson, and Matthew F. Leitman, Eastern District of Michigan, will be participating as panelists.
Also on the panel will be U.S. District Court Judge Karen Caldwell, Eastern District of Kentucky, chair of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.
The panelists will discuss MDLs, both from the perspective of the MDL Panel and from the perspective of the district judges assigned to conduct MDL proceedings.
