May 16 golf outing to aid Big Brothers Big Sisters

The annual Golf Fore Kids' Sake outing is scheduled for Monday, May 16, at Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor.

The event serves as a fund-raiser for the Big Brother Big Sisters program in Washtenaw County. The cost is $1,000 per foursome or $250 for individual golfers, according to Anne Marie Veneroni, events manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Registration on May 16 begins at 9:30 a.m. with the 18-hole outing scheduled to start at 10:30 on the beautiful Barton Hills course just north of Ann Arbor. The cost of entering includes golf on the exclusive course designed by famed architect Donald Ross, a boxed lunch, and a series of contests and prizes.
