The Association of Legal Administrators, Metropolitan Detroit Chapter, will conduct a webinar on “Dealing with Difficult Personalities” Thursday, April 18, from 11 a.m. to noon via Zoom.
Presenting at the webinar will be Molly Ranns, director for the State Bar of Michigan’s Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program, where she has been working for the past decade. She is also a licensed professional counselor, a nationally board-certified counselor, and an internationally certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor. Ranns is passionate about helping legal professionals with issues pertaining to general wellness, mental health, and substance use concerns. She has experience working with impaired professionals, substance use disorders, as well as mental health diagnoses, and presents regularly on topics pertaining to law student and lawyer well-being.
