The Judge Marable Student of the Month/Year program was established by Judge Marable and his Citizens Advisory Committee in 2004 to encourage Flint area high school students to focus on academic achievement and career goals. Later this summer one of the monthly awardees from the 2009-2010 school year will be selected as Student of the Year and will receive a $500.00 savings bond.
Tenth grade students who are residents of Flint or Genesee County, or who attend public, charter, or private schools located in the county eligible to apply for the Judge Marable Student of the Month/Year Award.
