* Land Bank unveiled another pathway to home ownership with their PROP program. The Property Rehabilitation and Ownership Program works with "as is" properties and favorable finance terms to encourage sales. More information at www.inghamprop.org
* A marketing partnership for the sale of Neighborhood Stabilization Program homes sales was held at 5219 S. Hughes Road. The Homeownership and Neighborhood Development Partnership (HAND) includes Realtors, lenders, Neighborhood Organizations and non-profits.
* Neighborhood marketing pieces have been done that are on you tube. We are looking to air cable spots and get a many free viewings as possible. Please view at least one...using the following link: http://www. youtube.com/inghamlandbank
