The Thomas M. Cooley Law School held a welcome-home ceremony for Lt. Col. John Wojcik on Wed., July 27 at the school’s Auburn Hills campus. Wojcik, of Grand Ledge, Mich., serves as general counsel to the Michigan National Guard and recently returned after serving in Afghanistan. A graduate of Cooley, Wojcik is an adjunct professor, teaching military law. He was instrumental in creating the school’s Service to Soldiers program, which offers referrals to appropriate local attorneys to assist military members in resolving legal issues pro bono.
