Free car seat check March 16

The Jackson Fire Department will sponsor a free car seat check event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 at 518 N. Jackson St., Jackson.
Certified child passenger safety technicians will be on site to check car seats and provide education and instruction on proper use and installation. The child must be present and in a vehicle.
Free seats will be available to children found in need of one.
