Ingham County Attorney Co-Authors Chapter in National Publication on Forensic Evidence

 

                Mike Nichols of East Lansing is co-author of the chapter on gas chromatography mass spectrometry in the 2014 edition of “Using Forensic Evidence in Criminal Cases.” Nichols, who is author of the Michigan OWI Handbook for West Publishing authored the chapter with Jeremy Brehmer, Esq of Bakersfield California. Nichols was recently named a SuperLawyer in DUI/Criminal Defense and is an Adjunct Professor of Forensic Evidence in Criminal Cases in the Cooley Law School Lansing campus. Nichols is the State Delegate to the National College for DUI Defense for Michigan and Secretary of the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys Board of Directors. He is also on the State Bar of Michigan Criminal Law Section council and chairs the Amicus Committee. Nichols is also on the Rules and Laws Committee for the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan.
