Judges' retirement party slated for Feb. 5

 The Ingham County Bar Foundation will host a Judges' Retirement Party on Thursday, Feb. 5, at the Causeway Bay Lansing Hotel & Convention Center, 6820 S. Cedar St., Lansing, honoring Michigan Supreme Court Justice Michael F. Cavanagh, Michigan Court of Appeals Judges E. Thomas Fitzgerald and William C. Whitbeck, and 54A District Court Judge Charles F. Filice.

Registration and reception will start at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m., program at 8 p.m., and inclusion at 9:30 p.m. The dinner entrée selections are beef, fish, or vegetarian.
 The cost is $75 each or $125 for a couple, and includes dinner and cash bar. Black tie is optional.
