Emily M. Mayer joins Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

Emily Mayer has joined Southfield, Mich.-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Jaffe CEO Bill Sider made the announcement.

Prior to joining Jaffe, Ms. Mayer served as executive articles editor for the Wayne Law Review of Wayne State University. In this role, she reviewed all incoming submissions to the Wayne Law Review, selected articles for publication for two regular editions, compiled all published Michigan court cases and oversaw survey article submissions.

Ms. Mayer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. She is a cum laude and order of the coif graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar for high academic achievement.
