Fraser Trebilcock firm President Michael P. Donnelly was inducted into the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Class of 2015 "Leaders in the Law" March 26 at a luncheon in Troy. The honor is given to legal professionals who have made great strides in the law and demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in private practice, the corporate arena and social advocacy.
In addition to being honored as one of the Top 30 "Leaders in the Law", Donnelly was selected as a 2014 Super Lawyer in the field of Business Litigation and has been selected on multiple occasion as one of the "Top Lawyers" in Detroit by DBusiness Magazine for commercial litigation.
He is also one of only five attorneys in Michigan, 318 worldwide, named a BTI Client Service All-Star by corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies and has achieved an AV© peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
After serving in various leadership positions for the State Bar of Michigan, Donnelly currently serves as Chairman of the Litigation Section.
Donnelly, who is in his second year as President of Fraser Trebilcock, with offices in Lansing, Detroit and Grand Rapids, earned his undergrad degree from Michigan State University, and his law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.
