Frederick D. Dilley of Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, PC, is included in Michigan Lawyers Weekly's 2015 list of 'Leaders in the Law.' With more than 35 years of legal experience, Dilley concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, family law, criminal matters and alternative dispute resolution, especially facilitative mediation. He works on the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation on behalf of individuals, partnerships and other business entities. He is a sought after facilitative mediator in a variety of litigation matters including: personal injury, family law, intellectual property, malpractice and business breakups.
Dilley, who earned his undergrad degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. from Detroit College of Law (now MSU College of Law) is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and International Society of Barristers. He is Vice-Chair of the MSU Law College Board of Trustees, and a Director for the Foundation Board; and previously served as Chair of the Finance Committee.
