Bodman PLC admits three new members

Bodman PLC is pleased to announce that Jason Currie, Melissa Moore, and Michael Vukich have been admitted as members of the firm. All three were previously associate attorneys with Bodman.

Currie, of Bodman’s Detroit office, is a member of the Banking Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in representing lenders in commercial loan originations. His practice also includes middle market lending, asset based loans, healthcare, educational institution financing, captive insurance financing, real estate financing, aircraft financing, and letters of credit and other liquidity facilities supporting tax exempt and industrial development bonds. Currie is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Toledo College of Law.

Moore, of Bodman’s Troy office, is a member of the Litigation and Alternative Resolution Practice Group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters throughout the country. She has a particular focus in representing clients in lender liability, debtor-creditor rights, collection, and other workout matters. She also defends financial institutions against quiet title actions, wrongful foreclosure claims, and other real property disputes. Moore is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Vukich, of Bodman’s Ann Arbor office, is a member of the Business Practice Group. He represents clients in matters involving corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions, new business startups, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial transactions. Vukich earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan.
