Lloyd and Judi Ganton hold the first ever “Outstanding Community Partner Award,” presented to Lloyd Ganton Retirement Centers by the Michigan Great Lakes Alzheimer’s Association at its annual volunteer recognition event on April 19 in Ann Arbor. Ganton Retirement Centers has been a partner and top fundraiser in the Jackson Walk to End Alzheimer’s since the walk began. This year the Walk celebrates 20 years, raising nearly $700,000 to date. Stefanie Riggs, Ganton’s director of Marketing & Public Relations, who has chaired the Jackson Walk for several years and is an active board member of the Michigan Great Lakes Alzheimer’s Association, was recognized as an “Esteemed Volunteer.”
