Purple “rained” and “reigned” at a fund-raiser for The RESTORE Foundation on June 22 at The Iroquois Club in Bloomfield Hills. The event, featuring a musical theme in honor of the late recording artist Prince, whose soundtrack “Purple Rain” is widely regarded as one of the great albums of the 1980s, featured a musical performance by Rachel Stamler-Jonas, pictured with retired Oakland County Circuit Judge Edward Sosnick, president of RESTORE. The RESTORE Foundation, in partnership with the Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities, provides private funding support for the drug treatment courts in Oakland County.
