The Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE) recently honored Fraser Trebilcock attorney Edward J. Castellani with the 2016 Supplier Partner Award, in recognition of exemplary service and support to the nonprofit and association community, and to MSAE.
A graduate of the University of Michigan and Michigan State University College of Law, Castellani has devoted his more than 30 years of legal practice to serving clients, such as non-profits and trade associations, with the added insight as a certified public accountant. This dual background and experience provides unique insight for his clients in business transactions, such as business entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, tax audits and appeals, and general business and tax planning for both profit and nonprofit corporations.
A member of Fraser Trebilcock for over 15 years, Castellani has developed industry specialization in health care law, automobile dealer law, nonprofit and trade association law, and alcoholic beverage law for suppliers, wholesalers and retailers.
Castellani is a member of the Rotary Club of Lansing, Michigan State Bar, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and St. Gerard Catholic Church in Lansing.
