Attorney Aaron L. Davis, who focuses his practice on commercial litigation, has been elected as a shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock.
Davis has litigation experience in a diverse range of employment matters, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
For the past two years, Super Lawyers Magazine has selected Davis as a Rising Star in Michigan, Business Litigation.
Davis is licensed to practice in Michigan, Illinois and Florida. His practice in Florida focused on representation of education employees and labor organizations in federal, state and administrative forums.
Co-chair of the Employment and Labor Law Section of the Ingham County Bar Association, Davis served as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Chicago Bar Association. He is a member of the Michigan Inns of Court and is the acting chairperson of the Potter Park Zoological Society Board.
Davis is a graduate of The John Marshall School of Law, with an undergraduate degree in political science from Michigan State University,
