NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores City Council on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1) Request from TGW Systems, Inc., for
new Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate for real property at 1300 E.
Mt. Garfield Rd.;
2) Request from TGW Systems, Inc., for
Transfer of Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate for real property
at 1300 E. Mt. Garfield Rd.
The legislative body of each taxing unit which levies ad valorem property taxes in the City of Norton Shores and which would be affected by the transfer of the certificates, as well as the applicant and members of the public, may appear and be heard at this meeting.
Questions pertaining to the above may be addressed to Mike Huston, Finance Director, Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – (231) 799-6805.
