Fraser Trebilcock attorney Paul C. Mallon, Jr. has been selected as one of this year's ‘Up & Coming Lawyers’ by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, an annual award dedicated to Michigan lawyers who, in their first 10 or fewer years of practice, are setting standards for other attorneys.
Mallon, who was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Michigan, Business Litigation in 2016 and 2017, has successfully handled myriad litigation matters, including administrative licensing disputes, copyright infringement claims, franchising disputes, and breach of contract claims with amounts at stake in excess of $100 million.
He also assists commercial clients by handling real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions deals and has handled commercial transactions ranging in size from $250,000 to well over $10 million.
He previously practiced law for more than seven years in Chicago where he represented commercial property owners and business owners in litigation matters in venues throughout the country.
